The Judicial Branch
The Judicial Branch, which comprises the Chief Justice, Lieutenant Chief Justice, and Student Justices, is dedicated to safeguarding student rights through active engagement in judicial hearings and reviews. With a wide scope of authority, they diligently investigate and review alleged instances of misconduct within the Student Government Association, violations of the Student Body Constitution, or the Student Government Bylaws. Moreover, they possess the power to declare any unconstitutional act by the Legislative or Executive Branch and enforce the Elections Act, conduct Attendance hearings, and oversee the Impeachment Process.
