Hita Kumar
As a Justice in SGA, I help uphold fairness and accountability by interpreting the Student Body Constitution and Bylaws. I review potential violations and oversee the complaint and hearing process to ensure due process. Additionally, I have the responsibility to declare unconstitutional actions within SGA and enforce the Elections Act. My role ensures that our government operates with integrity.
I’m a double major in Accounting and Health Systems Management with a minor in Statistics. I serve as the Event Coordinator for Lady Lifters, where I plan fitness-focused events and collaborate with campus organizations. I’m also involved in Future Leaders of Accounting, connecting with professionals and peers in my field. Beyond campus, I’m pursuing volunteer opportunities with the Red Cross and AARP’s Tax-Aide program. I’m passionate about leadership, service, and creating meaningful communities.
